The Test Forum's Bug List was updated today (June 3)

It used to read:
* Ranged weapon speed is being added to the cooldown of Multi-Shot, Arcane Shot and Aimed Shot. Scheduled for 1.6.0
It now reads:
Ranged weapon speed is being added to the cooldown of Multi-Shot, Arcane Shot and Aimed Shot. Future Patch
So, our bug fix went from a scheduled certainty to being added to our ever-growing To-Fix list at some unspecified future date.
Why am I not remotely surprised?

It was not pushed back. If anything, it may be pushed forward.
The reason it was changed in that post is due to the patch nomenclature -- there were certain people that were uncomfortable in naming a specific patch there.
What that change means is that it might well be fixed in, say, 1.5.1. :)

I am giving no promises, because I do not control our patch process and cannot promise that to you. I am doing everything in my power to bring your concerns up, and the buzz in the office today is almost entirely about Hunters and this bug. ;)

There is a bug with weapon speed being added to the cooldowns of those abilities, Kameleon. Never once did I say it was intended. I'm sorry if you were confused.
