Seriously, what's the problem? Are the people with serious questions being ignored? Have the never ending lame posts taken over so much that the serious stuff is being overlooked?
Above stickied we have a thread started by Ordinn about realm compensation. The listed realms are wrong. The lists of the realms that were down or had problems are pretty gone from the technical support forum. We have posts and posts from people stating their realms were left off the list and that the realms listed were actually the ones without problems. That post is now almost 5 hours old and still hasnt been revised or edited or even responded too.
I would really like to know what's so important that we cant get a response to that thread.
At this point I dont care if I get compensated for not being able to play on my server most of the weekend, I would rather have a response to the thread and at least an admission that a mistake was made.

The listing of realms for compensation did have some unintended omissions. The list is being updated as we speak.
This should not affect billing matters or actual compensation, but was simply a miscommunication.
Realms such as Norgannon and Steamwheedle Cartel did experience the hardware failure along with other realms and will be seeing compensation as well.
Duskwood, too.
