Like the title suggests When fighting in the arena will i only get arena points or will i get honor as well?

Honor will be obtained pretty much the same as it is now, only using a new system of how that honor translates into rewards. Killing another player in a PvP environment, be it the battlegrounds, the arena, or in the world at large will provide honor points. The arena point system will only apply to the ranked arena matches. Participating in the arena will effectively provide points for two separate PvP reward systems. [ post edited by Drysc ]
