Subject: Buying gold, can your account get banned?
The other day my co-worker told me that his son and friends recently baught Gold from one of those shady websites. I told him that their accounts could get banned for it, but he insisted only the people SELLING the gold could get banned.

So aren't I right on this? If Blizzard catches a large sum of money being sent to you in-game, they might cancel your account?

Thanks in advance!

You would need to ask this in the customer service forum. They'd be best able to answer you as clearly as possible on the policy.
