Subject: Urgent Realm Maintenance Update 08/09/06 |

After conferring with our hardware vendor, we have determined a need for hardware replacement. We have placed an order for the replacement parts and are expecting their delivery by 5:00 PM PDT. However, we are working on a temporary solution by using some on site hardware to bring the affected realms back up. We are currently hoping to have this accomplished in approximately 2 hours time, and will provide an update of our progress within the next hour.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this maintenance may have caused and appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve this issue.

We continue to work on replacing hardware and are currently planning on an ETA of 3:00 PM PDT for the realms to be brought back up.

The hardware replacement is still progressing at this point in time and we are now expecting an ETA for the realms to be made available of 4:00 PM PDT.
We will continue to provide the appropriate update to any change in this ETA.

We are currently nearing completion of the hardware replacements and plan to bring the realms up for internal testing shortly.
