I had a problem the other night, put in a ticket, played for a while, next thing I know its been about 2 hours.. and no response. I log off, go to bed. I wake up in the morning finding a letter in my email, blah blah blah, sorry hope you find what you need here on the forums. Then I started thinking, how many GMs are there? Do they have a set number per server, or is it for all servers... Just wondering.
