Will we have "Totems" so to speak, or will we have a new graphic for our twigs in the ground?
Id say it would be cool to have some sort of jewel or gem to come up from the ground, like, we "summon" the powers of the earth to our aid.

Draenei Shaman are still the same as any other Shaman. They will have totems. What those totems will look like, I couldn't say at this point. There has been some discussion over some difference of appearance from that of the Horde Shaman, however there has been no final information on if that will occur or what it will end up like at this point in time.

This would be a graphic issue not a core gameplay issue. In general graphics and 'polish' details like this are done further in the development cycle.
