1) Will they be able to play Shaman & Paladin or now that Shaman has been announced, has the Paladin plans for Draenei been scrapped?
2) What is the name of the Draenei capital? I know the Blood Elves have Quel'Thalas but I haven't seen the Draenei capital city mention, only their start zone ("crash site" or something like that)

The current build has paladins as playable by Draenei. I know of no plans to change this.

The dimensional craft that crashed and now serves as a main hub for the Draenei is known as the Exodar.
