Subject: where did our gold go?
So if im not mistaken, im the one who created my Field Repair Bot 74A, why did he charge me for repairing?? its my bot, my slave, they suspose to serve me not taking my gold! Did i mention they taking everyone gold in the raid too? so where did those gold went? "After 10 min its internal motor fail" and it becomes a chunk of junk, why cant i loot it for my gold back??? what about the parts that i used to create it in the first place!!!

Plz do something about the repair issues in end game content, its not fun wiping 20th time learning boss fight and come out with a repair bill...(especially these naxx bosses like tonight, noth for specific). Im sick of ppl crying they dont have gold to repair, but im about to hurt my pocket too cause every night in naxx i came out with like 20g shorter...Make these repair bots repair for free...after all, they are clockwork that suspose to serve us!
No shame running: Live today, fight tomorrow.

I don't think a logical explanation is really necessary as the purpose of the device is fairly clear. If still needed though, the money is melted down to restock internal reserves used in the repair process. The luxury it provides is without question acceptably met with a cost.

But very typical of the Blizz mentality, which is that we are mindless patrons and they do not have to treat us like real customers.

'Real customers' in the sense that you're entering my shop and I am then catering to your needs? I guess you would be right, but you aren't that kind of customer, and this isn't a shop. This forum exists for players to discuss the game, ask questions, and occasionally talk with or see some information posted by a Blizzard representative (ie Me). The two scenarios differ so greatly I don't think any comparison can be made that this forum is in any way intended as customer service, although in a strictly basic sense of the term it certainly could be said to be so.

i just want a simple answer, will blizzard has any plan on the repair cost issues with end game raiding?? cause i remembered a patch lower the rate to repair plate but that still havent fixed it...well somewhat but not sufficient

I'm sorry, I thought your original intent was to solely discuss the viability of the Field Repair Bot and I replied as such.

I am not aware of any current plans to adjust repair costs. Of course if we feel at any point such an adjustment is needed, it's definitely a possibility.
