Do the EU forums and US connect?
Let's say EU CM's post something about a class...
Does this reflect WoW as a game and may reach developers?
Or just Europe?
Since there is a blue post addressing every shaman issue.
And if those changes will be made I'll love you.
So I'm just looking for some more hope to continue playing.

Literally, as in tech-wise? No, I do not believe they have any built-in symbiosis.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. They are Blizzard representatives, and they do submit feedback the same as we would to the developers. Of course they will have some limitations due to their geographical location, and their methods may differ due to that, but we attempt to minimize that as much as possible.

I remember seeing a list of feedback they were intending to submit to the developers pre-1.11, but those aren't necessarily issues that were going to be addressed. It was simply a list of feedback they had collected; "community concerns" if you will. I don't think they presented it in such a way as to create a perception of items being addressed, but I can see where a list like that could create expectations.[ post edited by Drysc ]

Really? Hrm, I think it can go back and forth in some cases. We try our best to ensure a simultaneous release of most of the 'big' things. There may be some cases where information is released in one region before another, but I don't think there is a rule for which has more first or faster. In any case, it's something we try to minimize as much as possible.
