Stormsscale broken ... pfff there's a surprise.
Any plans on fixing this piss poor server, wait I can answer my own question.

Several realms are experiencing issues with retrieving characters. In order to address this several realms have been brought down temporarily. I have just received word that they should be powering back up now and should be available shortly.
The realms powering up:
Crushridge
Dunemaul
Draenor
Bloodscalp
Perenolde
The path of least resistance tempts all travellers.
