Do you have any idea when we can start to access the "Account Management" functions of the web site?
Some of us are still trying to get in queue for character transfers and are receiving the "404 File Not Found" error message.

Account Management is in the process of being brought back up soon. It was brought down for maintenance as well with the other systems. I will let you know if I hear anything more on that. Once they are up, please let me know if you have any other issues with it.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but as near as I can tell, paid character transfers haven't worked since about 6pm EST yesterday, well before the maintenance.
I don't have an answer on that right now but if I get an update for you all, I'll make sure to come by and let you know as soon as I can.
