Subject: Ineligibility for transfers.
Blizzard. I am confused as to why many characters on the group of servers added today are ineligible for transfers, apparently for the reason that we had transferred to a new server only a few months ago. (Dalvengyr / Black Dragonflight and I'm sure more)

However, your restrictions page states this:
"The transferring character must not have undergone a paid character transfer within the last 6 months."

So if none of us paid for these transfers a few months ago, why can't we transfer?

Edit:

Now Blizzard has suddenly decided to change their policies. WOuld have appreciated a proper explanation before you opened my server for a transfer three months ago blizzard.

"Each character may only transfer once every 6 months."

We are aware of the issue, and it should be fixed after tomorrow's maintenance. These realms should not be blocked from the Paid Character Transfer service. Sorry for the inconvenience.
