Nethaera, you posted a response to a question I had as to why we have not seen any new pet abilities in the last couple patches. You said you would put it in your list of things to look into and I was wondering if you have had time to look into it? And if so where you lucky enough to get an answer?

Ok Jolyroger, I have good news and bad news. ;)
The good news is that with the expansion coming up there is a LOT of work being done on many aspects of the game including classes of course.
The bad news is that we can't talk about it just yet. We will be announcing more about this a bit later. (I know. I know. I don't have an eta I can give you though.) Once we do announce the upcoming changes and additions we'll be able to talk about them much more freely.
I know it's not the answer you want since I can't declare anything specific for you or give you a time period to look forward to just yet, but we definitely will be releasing more and more information as we get closer to the release of the expansion pack.

I find it unlikely that Onyxia will concede to being a mere pet. ;)
I don't have an ETA for the announcements just yet because the dates are constantly changing based on readiness of that information. I, like the rest of the team, am very much looking forward to getting player feedback which is hopefully on the positive side.
