It goes to status page, then "click to move character" turns back into step 1 and the process starts over.

We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully we can track down what exactly is occurring and get it fixed for you all as fast as possible. Unfortunately I don't have any sort of an eta for you or any more information at this point in time.
Once I hear more I'll let you know.
