I know general may not be the best place to put this, however posting on our own forums won't assist a great deal as it seems to be every Oceanic Realm.
A number of people on the realm I am on have spoken to GM's in-game and had a few responses.
The main one being:
Blizz is aware of the latency issues, and are doing what they can to correct them.
For those people who experienece our primetime lagfest 8pm-10pm local time, could you post here constructively of your experiences in an effort to gather more data for Blizz to help them ascertain issues and what needs addressing from their end to correct this.

After one player spoke to a GM he said that he would start one of these threads on our own realm forum... but it won't get all the oceanic realms info. Thx

Thanks for creating a great feedback thread Rejuvinate. This sort of information is the kind of thing that helps narrow down the issues that are causing players such a headache.
