	The background downloader allowed you to receive all of the necessary patch files until about 83%, which is the reason many of you are seeing the Blizzard Downloader stop at this particular point. I'd give it time, as it should eventually reach 100% -- provided a firewall or router within your network isn't preventing the acquisition of these files. I've downloaded the patch on three machines now, all of them stall at 83%, however, each eventually completed downloading within a half an hour.
