The following realms were seen to be experiencing performance problems earlier in the evening; however our tests concluded that their performance was within our normal expectance for peak hours. The issue with these realms began to progress, and we have now brought down a select number of the affected realms. Our network operations team is currently in the process of investigating the issue with our database administrators. We will provide an update on this issue in approximately 30 minutes.

The restarts have been completed and we are currently in the process of testing and monitoring the realms for any further performance degradation. We have monitored that some realms recovered with only a single continent available, and we are restarting the realms below to address this. We will provide a new update in 30 minutes.

The below realms are in the process of being restarted to address the performance issues experienced. We will be closely monitoring the entire group of realms as these are brought back up, and we expect performance on the original list of realms to steadily improve as they do. We will provide another update in approximately 30 minutes.

We have completed our restarts for the continent issues experienced and we will be continuing to test and monitor the affected realms for any further performance issues. Updates will be provided if any further issues arise or any further updates become necessary.
