This is not a thread to flame the GM, so if you feel the need to, please do it in another post and do not ruin this one.
I just had a question for Eyonix if he is still up. How do you get such a big time job and have a spike in your face and an arm full of paint? You were a spoke's man at E3, you seem to be in a highly professional job position in the blizzard company. Yet you have a spike in your face and arms with more ink than an art museum. How did you get this job or even maintain it with your "teenie bopper casual attire (tattoo's, spike in face)".
Did all this change come while being employed at blizzard? Did you know someone on the inside first? Or is that just how gaming business works, aka "Hire anyone, doesnt matter if they suspend themselves from a roof with iron spikes, as long as they can program or draw"?
As someone getting into the "professional" career world, seeing someone with the look of Eyonix being so successfull makes my head spin trying to figure out what these companys im applying to really want.

This is a fairly young industry, and I mean that both in it's existence and the personnel that inhabit it. The dress code is almost relaxed enough to say that there is no dress code, but obviously you must retain some amount of professionalism. I think the point is to create a comfortable environment to nurture a creative atmosphere. That or we're just lazy.
It isn't something specific to Blizzard; many game developers have a very relaxed dress code.
