I am having some very annoying problems. The test realm page says 3AM to 3PM is when character copy is open. Currently it is between 3AM and 3PM, it is 9:53AM to be exact. It says that Public Test Realm is open but unavailable until 3AM til 3PM. Once again, Blizzard's finest at your disposal. I tried to copy my own character, it said unavailable til 3am to 3pm. Once again, it is between those times. I tried making Premade. Once more, said between 3am to 3pm. I have had an active account since last Christmas, so I'm a wee bit covered for the May 16 12:01 margin. Can someone please help me out with this retarded problem?

We are currently working on restoring the Character Copy page to a working status. FOr the time being any copying to the PTR is disabled.
When they do come back up, pre-made characters will be the only thing available for copy to the PTR. I will update when I have more information and/or an ETA.

UPDATE 9:20 AM PDT We are continuing work on restoring the pre-made character copy service, but unfortunately still do not have a clear ETA for resolution.
In order to reinstate existing character copies, we have to move the process to other hardware. We are coordinating people and resources today to carry this out. I will provide more on this issue as information becomes available.

We are working to get the pre-made character copy service functioning as quickly as possible. However, the existing character copy service will be disabled indefinitely.
