Subject: Copying existing character to PTR? |

I know it's possible to create a pre-made character, but everytime I've tried to load the copy existing character to the PTR it tells me it's unavailable ... is this feature disabled?
Anyone know?

Pre-existing character copy has been disabled because of realm stability issues. We may enable them again in the future, but there is no definite ETA.
Basically, copying characters over from individual accounts causes a great deal more strain on services than the pre-formatted copy does. To keep them enabled would dramatically degrade performance on authentication and associated pages, like Account Management.
