Subject: Blizzard, Be Responsible.
I am outraged with the treatment the PTR and servers are getting at the moment. As much as I'd like to post this on the test forums, I know it's useless. The only blue response to the situation was obtained on this forum, and since the blues seem to be hearing over here, then this is the place for talking about it.

Yesterday, the public test realms were made available so that the experienced players could test the new patch, and give you some feedback worth hearing. Today, those realms suffered severe under maintenance, and the only response we get to that is:

Q u o t e:
The Test realms are not supported. We do not guarantee that they will be up, playable, or stable at any time during the test. With that said, we are aware that the Test realms are currently experiencing issues; however the problems affecting a select number of live realms is taking precedence.

A CM is basically stating that the current live realms have a higher priority than a test realm, which has no guarantee of being supported. He says that while they know that we are offering them the service of testing every nook and cranny of their game so that they can spare their money and time without having to spend it on constant patch maintenances every time a problem is discovered.

When faced with a server problem that affects the website and servers we are left alone in ignorance, without knowing what is being done. What is a CM all about? Community Management! Yet in 80% of their posts they just answer the those pointless and non-related topics, while experienced players eagerly await for updates on the situation.

When we enter the test realm page, it says the Public Test Realms are not available, even though right now they are barely working, with the premade character service disabled! Will Blizzard finally take upon their responsability and actually give us some update on the situation? We test your game for you, we pay you over 150$ million dollars a month, yet you can't give us answers on your lack of service? I desire a blue answer to this, as respectful and explaining as it can be, for I am certain that the players do deserve it.

UPDATE: While I typed, it seems a sticky was made on the Test Realm page. It still won't help our situation. After continuous testing, the premade character service, which is now the only one confirmed available, is still down and broken.

I understand your points and I will agree that it can be frustrating to not be allowed to participate in a test that has been hyped and is anticipated by many. I will however not retract my statement that live realms take a priority over any other service, including the website, character copies, or test realms. Our priorities lay with keeping current players and characters in the game and playing, and if that means cutting off access to every other facet of the game or website then that is something we are willing to do. If you were on one of the affected realms I am sure you would appreciate how we choose to prioritize.

That being said, the test realms are going to be up for quite a while.
