Does anyone know how much the HoT racial will heal for at lvl 70. I dont want to hear guesses or ideas. I just want to know if anyone who was at e3 or heard about it at e3 or knows for sure.

At level 70 Blessing of the Naaru would heal for 1085 over 15 sec. Keep in mind that any values, scaling, abilities, etc. shown at E3 are subject to change.

As I said, and apparently cannot emphasize enough, the racial abilities shown to E3 are not finished and are almost guaranteed to change before the expansion releases. The racial abilities should be taken as an idea of what the final racial abilities are going for, jewelcrafting and enchanting boosts, healing and mana drain, etc. The values, while fun to see, are not final.

Oops! I took it as "Is there any word on changing the current (Blood Elf/Draenei) racials in the expansion?" I don't know why I did.
As far as current recial abilities we will be continuing to tweak, test, and prod them. I don't know of any specific plans to change them specifically for the release of the expansion. It's definitely possible that some changes may be made to racial abilities in the expansion at some point, but the same could happen before then.
