	Because Warlocks do not have the snaring capability of Mages, which can be used to keep a target out of reach, but receiving damage. I realize some Warlocks can push this to an extreme, but it would greatly facilitate frost mages doing this, should it be removed. Consider the change if a Warlock wasn't firing shadowbolts, but frostbolts, instead. To live outside the law, one must be honorable
