Our network operations and programming teams are still seeking a resolution for the mail issue affecting players on select realms. We will provide an update at 12:00 PM.

Unfortunately, at this time additional information is not yet available. We will be sure to provide an update the moment new information presents itself, or there is a change to the situation.
UPDATE 8:00 PM PDT
The delay in receiving in-game mail some users may experience on the below realms is continuing to be researched now by our database administrators and we are currently expecting a full update on the issue to be available at 12:00 AM PDT, midnight tonight. We will provide another update at that time or as soon as further information becomes available.

Our programmers are continuing to investigate the cause of the in-game mail delay issue that some players may be experiencing on the below realms. We are continuing to progress on finding the source of the issue and we will provide another update in approximately one hour.

We believe we have found proper steps to reproduce the in-game mail delay and our programmers and database administrators are currently analyzing that information. We will provide another update in approximately one hour.

We are still in the process of the investigating the in-game mail delay issue which may be affecting some players on the realms below. We are collecting specific information which should help provide our network and database administrators with a clearer idea of the cause. We will provide another update in approximately one hour.

We believe we may have found the cause for the delays being experienced and we are currently communicating with our database administrators for a possible resolution. As the process may take some time we will be extending the next update for one hour from now, or as soon as we have new information available.

The majority of the latency issues reported have been found to be centered around in-game mail. We have been able to confirm that mail is still being received; however it may require additional time to be seen in the mailbox, or retrieved. We are continuing our investigation and we will provide another update in approximately 30 minutes.

We have noticed that some players are being disconnected from the below realms. We are still investigating the cause for the disconnections and latency; we will provide another update in approximately 30 minutes.

We are continuing to run tests at this time in attempts of finding the root cause of the issue. We will provide another update in approximately 30 minutes with further information.
