The majority of the latency issues reported have been found to be centered around in-game mail. We have been able to confirm that mail is still being received; however it may require additional time to be seen in the mailbox, or retrieved. We believe we may have found the cause for the delays being experienced and we are currently communicating with our database administrators for a possible resolution. As the process may take some time we will be extending the next update for one hour from now, or as soon as we have new information available.
