You're claiming then that the hunter set not being shown is a very serious and valid problem? Or that responding and saying "it wasn't ready to be shown" is a complex confrontation? It will be released the same time as everything else, in patch 1.11. There is only one conclusion any one could logically come to, it wasn't shown as it wasn't ready to be.

I teased a little, and everyone aside from yourself was able to respond or deal with it appropriately.

It would likely rely either on lore, or as a balance issue, and I'm not sure of a correct answer for either. I'll bring it up at our next design meeting though.
