We have recently observed a number of players being dropped from various realms. We are currently working with our ISP to fully resolve matters. All players may be able to log back in at this time and we will update with progress within the next 30 minutes. We apologize for this unexpected interruption. [ post edited by Tseric ]

UPDATE 2:05 PM PST We are continuing to work with our ISP and have isolated the issue to hardware. While players should be able to log in, the matter is not completely resolved. Thank you for bearing with us and expect an update within the next hour.

UPDATE 3:05 PM PST Our ISP has experienced issues with their network pathing to our servers and are working to resolve the matter. From this point, traffic is being redirected and should no longer impact our servers. All realms appear to be performing normally. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
