I see you acknowledged problems...but I fail to see where the problems are being addressed. This was also suggested to go to General Forums. Maybe someone here can help?

As the Customer Service forum is a new forum I believe there may have been some confusion by our Technical Support forum team as to what issues belong there. I do apologize for our support teams 'bouncing you around', it is never a pleasant experience and it's something we strive to avoid whenever possible. I do believe it was an unintentional error, but regardless I am sorry.
If your realm is experiencing an issue we recommend visiting the Realm Status forum to see if the issue is logged there.
If it isn't listed there yet and you want to make a post on it we do allow posts to be made on the General forum; however we ask that you search for an existing thread and post there. If there is a realm issue there is almost certainly already a post that exists here that you can add to. We also recommend setting your forum view to 75 threads; it helps with finding these threads.
In some cases users feel it necessary to spam the forums by creating a large amount of duplicate or similar posts to get their point across. This adds no urgency in our normal reporting procedure and unfortunately usually ends in a necessity for us to exercise our moderation abilities.
I don't think this applied to your case but I wanted to include it for informative purposes for others that may be reading.
