Subject: UBRS Fire Resist buff.... exploit? or not? |

I'd really like a blue to respond to this.
My question is simple.
Is the UBRS FR buff from the Spellbinders considered an exploit?
On one hand I've had people tell me... "I ticketed a GM and they say it's an exploit."
And on another hand people have said... "I've seen a post from Caydiem that says it's not an exploit."
Others have even said... "A GM told me you can only use the buff inside of UBRS and LBRS, if you use it in MC or BWL, it is considered an exploit."
So again, URBS FR buff... exploit? or not?
