I realise this is not the suggestions forum, but things here tend to get more player feedback. (there is also an amount of subtle humour that many players might enjoy, and might also otherwise miss)
I shall now suggest... the implementation of the Hirdaroc's Cube!
The Hirdaroc is an ancient and mythical creature, capable of fitting things in smaller spaces than should otherwise be possible.
The Hirdaroc's cube can be formed by enchanters, out of a bar of Arcanite, and a bar of gold.
These cubes, when formed, have no inherent effect, however, you may attune one to your being to reap it's special benefits!
To attune a cube, you must put in a small amount of small, circular pieces of gold, these gold circles power the cube, and allow it to attune to your being, binding it to you forever. The more cubes you have attuened to you, the more gold circles required to attune it to you.
Why attune a cube? Why... because they are imbued with the power of a Hirdaroc! That is... they allow you to fit things in a smaller space... or conversely... more things, into the same space.
Here's how it would work...
Step 1:
Place Hirdaroc's Cube in backpack.
Step 2: Insert 3 Gold Circles.
Step 3: Watch swirly special effects.
Step 4: Watch as everything in your backpack shrinks a bit, allowing you to insert the one item you removed to place the cube there!
Step 5: Repeat step 1.
Step 6: Repeate step 2, but with two more Circles than last time.
Step 7: Repeate step 3.
Step 8: Repeat step 4, but this time, watch as your newly attuned cube melds into the space of your first cube, allowing for the insertion of not just the item you removed to fit the cube, but an additional one as well! (It's also fun to stick your hand in and out, and watch it grow and shrink over and over!)
Step 9: Repeate steps 5 through 8. Endlessly.
