Our billing department has identified an issue that is causing delays in credit card transactions. This issue should only affect World of Warcraft accounts that were scheduled to automatically renew their subscription after Friday, April 21. The delay in processing these credit card transactions is prohibiting the affected players from entering the game. Please note that these transactions are in a queue; players are not being charged for the time they are unable to play while waiting for their transaction to be processed.
The billing team is currently processing individual transactions and will continue to do so until the queue is eliminated. We will provide an update on this matter tomorrow morning at approximately 11:00 AM PDT.
