Every time i start a new character, I'm dumbfounded by the terrible descrepancy in quest risk/rward/time investment. I'm assuming people from blizzard actually play their own game, so invariably they have come across these quests. For example, I've spent 3.5 levels trying to complete ONE QUEST. This is with a level 17 character. The item just refuses to drop. To make matters worse, the reward is pretty craptacular. I should have given the quest up after 1 level and no drop, but still, the point remains: the quests need looking at -- BADLY.
The rewards for quests themselves also need looking at. Some of them require ridiculous amounts of effort for pathetic rewards and simialr exp you could get from doing an non-joke quest.[ post edited by Shoots ]

Oh yah!? Well, I have 38 characters, all level 60, each of them are rank 1, have all tiers, exalted in all factions, each character has done every quest in the game twice, I have full bottomless bags (even my main backpack), and each have soloed C'Thun. My body is made of metal, and I drive a tank.

We continue to clean up or fine-tune quests with almost every patch. While most of the time now is going to be focusing on the expansion, any outstanding issues are welcome to be reported on the Bug Report, or Suggestions forum (depending on what type of issue it is). I don't believe there would ever be a complete 'quest sweep', the quests that do have issues are probably best reported individually on the aforementioned forums.
