And why do you continue to ignore the problem? From release, vanish has ALWAYS broken combat with mobs and cleared rogues from the agro list. Yet after patch 1.10 vanish will NOT remove rogues from combat and doesn't even remove them from the agro list most of the time.
Even if this were a documented change it would be ridiculous, but it's even more absurd because it was never in the patch notes. Vanish has 5 minute cooldown and requires a reagent; it should be a very powerful ability in PvP AND PvE. Currently, it's almost useless in PvP, and broken in PvE. Why should I even keep the ability on my toolbar if it's made useless in all aspects of the game?
Rogues have taken their fair share of nerfs with a complete lack of buffs (fixes aren't buffs) from day one, and yet after you've balanced us, you continue to nerf? Caydiem was the [i]only[i] CM who ever leveled a rogue, and it really is telling. Now that she's gone, it wouldn't surprise me if stealth is removed altogether and given to mages.
Give rogues at least a SMALL amount of feedback. Tell us if vanished is currently bug, or if this truly is a stealth nerf.

We have collected a lot of feedback regarding issues in 1.10 and one of them has been concerns with the functionality of vanish. Through our testing we have not yet been able to reproduce an instance where an incoming attack would break stealth. In some cases of a raid encounter, vanish will remove all aggro, but if no other targets are available with more threat, the rogue will still be attacked. This is the intended functionality for these encounters.
If you have any specific cases, or reproducable steps, I am more than willing to collect those to help progress our testing further.
Oh, and I play a rogue.
