Ever since the wonderful new update 1.10 my WoW experience has gone from addicting and fun to annoying and aggravated. I do not have the best PC, but it more than meets the requirements, and you do not need an amazing PC to play WoW anyway. I don't know what the new patch has done to anyone elses game but I now have a terrible latency and get D/C about once every few minutes. Sometimes I may occasionally be able to be online enjoying the lag filled quests that I attempt to do for about 20 minutes at a time before getting kicked off.
I checked my computer for viruses, and turned the video settings down even farther than they were, and I NEVER lagged before except for places like Ironforge. I want to know if this problem will be fixed, if the patch is to blame, and wth happened to make me join the MANY others that want to quit playing this game. When it works it is obviously a lot of fun and a nice way to relax and enjoy down time away from work, but if this new problem can't be fixed, I want my money back for last month and the next two months I have payed for. This is ridiculous.
I am well aware that me getting my money back won't happen because of all the games I have played, Blizz has had the worst service I have ever seen so far. With the amount of money they are making off this game it seems like they would have these pathetic problems solved, but obviously they are incapable of running such a game. I would like to see them get rid of 1.10 because look at all the problems and bugs it has brought, wtf Blizz stop avoiding all the posts people have put on these forums and answer your paying customers.

I would recommend contacting our Technical Support department, there may be a known issue and solution they are aware of for your particular problem. Technical issues are not always an 'easy fix', so at least be willing to give it a shot and follow their guidance.

Please delete the WTF and WDB folders and any custom interface enhancements that made your game experience fun in the past....

I find it unfortunate that the large amount of issues resolved by removing the temporary folders has turned the instructions into a farce among some players. I have seen and had those exact instructions work for countless issues.
