I never ventured to the general forums until recently. I've had a lot of free time at work lately and have been passing time here on the forums.
I'd like to thank the CMs for the effort it takes to keep up with these forums. Just sitting here hitting refresh I'd guess that there are 2-3 posts every 10 seconds (or that's how it seems anyway). With this kind of traffic you're obviously not going to make everyone happy and you're going to run into quite a few people who won't understand why. Their ignorance would only add to the stress and burden of your job.
At a glance it may seem like CMs don't give these threads due attention, but after spending some time here I see that it'd be impossible to address every issue that is brought up. Every issue has two sides and for everything you post you'll have one side upset but that's life.
Keep up the good work and continue to do your best to keep us informed to the best of your abilities.
