I just logged into account management fine, you may want to try again. If account management is still not working for you then I recommend you contact our Billing & Account services department.

You may want to try a different browser if you have one installed. As I said it appears to be working properly at this time, I can only recommend contacting our Billing department for account services outside of the account management page.
