	Blizzard, I know you are not accustomed to giving out release dates of certain features, but GM's have already announced a few of the plans for 1.12 so I figured it wouldn't be useless to query. Are fee based character account transfers going to be a included in the 1.12 patch? Please, oh please include it! I am so anxious. Thank you.
