Subject: Should I erase those files?
Every patches bring 2 new files to my WoW folder: a downloader file and a patch file. By example, the last patch created a:

WoW-1.9.4.5086-to-1.10.0.5195-enUS-downloader

and a

WoW-1.9.4.5086-to-1.10.0.5195-enUS-patch

Now, since I have this game installed since the release in 2004, my WoW folder is FULL of those files. Can I delete them? Are there only in my folder to download the patch, or are they used by the program to run the game after?

Thanx for the help.
Someday, Murlocs will take over the world... trust me

If you were to reinstall on another computer or on the same one for that matter, those files would make the process much quicker than having to download everything again. I would recommend copying them over to a writeable CD, if possible. Doesn't hurt to have them stashed away for a rainy day.
