Subject: Contacting My ISP
   Hi all!

I'm kind of new to this sort of thing; but my ISP is having problems and it's ruining my WOW fun time. I went to ComCast's website and I'm not sure if I should call them or email them - what do you think will get a better response?

Cause yeah, I'm having the most annoying problem; see, I know the WOW servers are up, because the realm status page says they are, and the realm forum says they are, and there is no mention of any login problems anywhere....so, clearly, Blizzard wouldn't *LIE* to me about the status of their servers, right?

The only logical conclusion is that my ISP has blocked me from playing WoW! How Dare THEY! Does anyone know a good lawyer I can call? I mean, why would they block me from playing WoW, a game I love so much?

The Breaking News window displayed as soon as the game is launched at the login screen contains information about the current authentication issues. While you may still be experiencing issues related to your specific Internet Service Provider there is a current a documented authentication issue occurring.
