	If i have an item that has been changed during this patch will the changes be implemented to them or will they still be like they were before the patch?

	It can vary depending on the case. More often than not, the changes are retro-active. This is usually the case for armor set changes, etc. so that you do not have to reacquire the pieces. We have had certain items "grandfathered" in, but I don't think such a change like that has happened recently. Everybody loves speaking in absolutes.
