Yes, you can get angry and frustrated. But, you in no way, shape or form do you reserve the right to insult the service provider.
Learn some etiquette.
Whatever the service provider does wrong is in NO WAY intentional. You however feel it is and then fling insults back.
Why?
Do you think that will get you attention? The motto; "The squeeky wheel gets the oil" does not apply when you are harassing the staff.
I work in a hotel. Once a guest gets nasty with me, I am less willing to solve the problem and just focus on making him go away.
This is not "bad service". This is dealing with a peice of sheet.
Blizzard does not want to make you disconnect. Or make your 10,000 stacks of rabbit's foot suddenly become worthless because of an upcoming patch. They do want you to have fun.
If your definition of fun is something other than what they are offering, then you leave. Because Blizzard defines the game, you just play it.
Basing your anger and frustration on what WoW should be is invalid in every sense. Because, again - THIS IS NOT YOUR GAME. And that is the basis of why you should not be rude.
If a Blizzard staff memeber insults you, then you report him/her. Because you feel it was unprofessional. Yet, you think yelling back; "You f@#*&$^ p@&@$," isn't?
Bottom line; stop being a sheet head. Play the game. And if there is a problem, bring it up in a nice and constructive manner.
