First this is not a "NERF shaman" or a "we need buffs" post.
This is a fair question.
Why has the Shaman revision been bumped back, without any given reason or justification to players who play a Shaman?
Just give us some form of this happend and heres why. Cossider it good customer service.

Class reviews are based purely on developer views of which class is in more immediate need. I'm not sure what other conclusion could be drawn from this type of development scheduling. It isn't a case of a squeaky wheel, or the vocal projections of one class over another, it's the view of the design and development staff of each class and which has more immediate need for a review.
