Not to sound like I hate Proudmoore, it was my first server and will be my last, but the lag and crashes are getting a little out of hand.
Our MC runs have become more like russian rullet with wondering who will DC next. A fellow guild member lost his chance at his Tier 2 helm after he DC'ed and then returned half way through our Onyxia run.
You have a ton of servers ranging in population, I would think that at this point you would know what a stable amount of players per-server ratio would be.
I am not trying to dog you out, and you have said that you are working on it, But we are just not seeing it. Heck, the server crashed 5 times when the doors to AQ opened, and that does not even account for the massive lag that was suffered by all in the area before, during and after the gates opened (they opened 3 times due to server rollback).
our Que. window is now replaced with the loading screen. Its crazy. All I am asking for is less "We are working on it" to more "What are you doing". Jump on the proudmoore forums put a little blue in there. I think there has been 2 blue post on that forum since I have been playing, and one was just to announce you where locking down a post.
We are asking for a response, recognition, and help.
NOTE: if this has been posted before sorry for the repeat, I did a search and didnt see anything / plus it keeps getting deleted in under 5 minutes
I have no king, except steel and gold

Yes, several realms are being affected by this. Unfortunately, I do not have an update as to the situation. Last I had heard there was going to be some incoming hardware fixes, but do not know of the progress in that at this time.

Q u o t e: Sorry to bump this, I just think it needs to stay relevant. A lot of people want answers. All I see is a lot of empty space and missed opportunities for customer relations here. We are looking for a time frame. When can we expect it to get better. Why is it so bad?
It is staying relevant. However, a daily request for a complete resolution to the situation does not turn the wheels any faster. We are quite aware of the performance issues and we aren't going to suddenly stop thinking about them.
In terms of what information I can provide to you through the forums, it is a matter of relaying information when I have it, not beforehand. Much in the same way that I do not know when new realms will be opened up, I do not know when milestones will be acheived in our networking solutions. The people who manage such things will inform me when there has been a significant change to the situation. Again, I can not inform you of such things beforehand, therefore it doesn't serve much purpose for me to respond to repeated bumps, nor for you to repeatedly bump the matter.
Believe me, when I have new information to release, I will be sure to do so here. Possibly in bolded, underlined text.[ post edited by Tseric ]
