	does this apply to chests or items that are quest based? like gathering a sack of supplies or looting something from a lockbox (quest items) or is it only the random loot chests in the world? Q u o t e: eat a bag of hell. i am serious.

	This should affect only treasure chests, like those commonly found in dungeons. Golden crispy! Bad guys are history!
