	The phrase "universal application" refers to the Mac client, which now has PowerPC and Intel code in a single file, to support both types of Mac at native speeds. The reference in the patch notes was specifically for Mac customers; the Win32 client has not changed in this regard. Windows x86, Mac PowerPC and Mac x86 clients of WoW are all still 32-bit-only.
