Subject: You said "WoW is now a universal application"
Does that mean WoW will also fully support 64 bit addressing on 64 bit CPU's?

The phrase "universal application" refers to the Mac client, which now has PowerPC and Intel code in a single file, to support both types of Mac at native speeds. The reference in the patch notes was specifically for Mac customers; the Win32 client has not changed in this regard.

Windows x86, Mac PowerPC and Mac x86 clients of WoW are all still 32-bit-only.
