There is no Elenia Haydon NPC near the bank in Undercity. Attempts to /target her all around that area are unsuccessful. It is suspected that she does not yet exist.
I hadn't even attempted the quest when several different people mentioned it to me.
Is this a bug? Or will the Elenia Haydon NPC spawn when the Valentines event begins?[ post edited by Darla ]

The Valentine's Day quests shouldn't be active yet -- this is a bug, and we're working on resolving it.
