Seems like theres no one representing the majority of the playerbase, ie non raiders.
who from blizzard will step up on our behalf?
for every dark lord there must be a paladin.
who is the paladin that will save us from Darklord Tigole aka "Raidmaster"

Tigole is as much a champion for the raiders as he is for the non-raiders. A limited perception may lead you to believe otherwise, but I assure you, he has and continues to design and influence many aspects of this game's development, beyond raid content. Next patch, players will notice that much of the new content is targeted at players that don't wish to raid. I feel it's important to note that Tigole was heavily involved with the decision to move forward with this content, along with its actual design and implementation.
As a player, I've been pretty excited about patch 1.10.
Honestly, you guys are not only free to provide feedback and offer suggestions concerning the design of this game, you're encouraged - it's the primary reason these forums exist. However, we ask that you avoid making the assumption that members of our design aren't keeping all play-styles in mind when designing new content for World of Warcraft.
Plain and simple, it just isn't true.
