ok, wth havent we gotten a guram ranged slot item yet! I've had this POS egan's blaster equipped for 14 months now!! The hybrid classes, Druids Shamans and pallies all suffer from a lack of being able to equip ANYTHING useful in one of our paper doll slots. To add insult to injury, hybrid classes generally require MORE stats as we have to budget points across more stats than the average archetype given your blase, unimaginative, whatever the opposite of innovate is item valuation system.
The developers have been promising to do something about this SINCE BETA, but NOTHING visible to the WoW community has been done.
UNNACCEPTABLE
I don't need wands so i can pewpew the bad guys. I don't even need a crossbow so I can shoot rats in the deeprun tram while waiting for my car (although that would make me smile.. what can i say im a ebil ringwraith pallie) I just want what like 75% of the rest of the players have, the ability to fill that one stupid slot.
You guys have been great about adding new content (6 new, free dungeons in a little over a year aint bad) and working on future content too, but for pete's sake, RANGED SLOT FOR HYBRIDS POR FAVOR! oh yeah, update my Malistar's Defender gfx. <3 that thing so much, just tired of looking like i got a big squeezed nipple growing outta my back =p

We're in the process of implementing a relic slot for the Paladin, Shaman and Druid. Ideally, this will be live upon the release of patch 1.10. Basically, this slot will allow these three classes to equip a relic item, since currently these classes are unable to reap the statistical benefits associated with equiping a ranged weapon...and we're tired of seeing you run around with Egan's Blaster. ;)

I don't believe you fully understand this particular announcement of change, Nonyx. If you equip a bow that possesses a bonus to the agility attribute, you'll gain a statistical advantage.
The Shaman, Druid and Paladin don't have a ranged weapon slot, and therefore are unable to take advantage of the statistical benefits offered from using a ranged weapon, such as a bow, gun or wand.
Cooldown doesn't play a role in this discussion, so I'm not sure what your intention is in making such mention. In any case, if our forum filter is blocking every other word you type, and you're not typing "lol", it's doubtful your expressing yourself properly.
In short, read the code of conduct before making your next post.
