For a little communication here? The post about the rolling restarts tonight is a prime example. You say your going to be "hotfixing some things" well what exactly are you going to be hotfixing? This is annoying right up there with your sweeping "server problems" statements.
Now I understand how you can't give ETA's on things and yadda yadda yadda. But why can't you just TELL US what your going to be hotfixing. Do you not KNOW? Is you company so secrative that you keep it top secret whats going to be hotfixed in the next 5 hours? Is your confidence your abilities to apply a simple hotfix so low that your afraid to say anything incase you screw up AGAIN?
It is this constant lack of communication that is draining my confidence in your company as a whole is making me serious consider whether my $15 a month is worth it.
It is dark outside. You will be eaten by the Grue.

If the hotfix pertained to an exploit that was being corrected and we announced exactly what it was beforehand, that would give ample opportunity to exploit it as much as they could until the curtain call. We don't refrain from saying things to keep you in the dark. We refrain from saying things to prevent an issue that could be created with such an announcement.
It has been our policy to comment specifically once the changes have gone into effect.
Bob is my co-pilot.
